1. Who we are

This website is operated by JLC Ventures, LLC ("JLC Ventures", "we", "us"), a United States company. We are a consulting and software company: we help businesses choose the financial providers that fit how they operate, and we build custom software experiences — dashboards, portals, and payment workflows — on those providers' official APIs. We are not a bank and do not ourselves provide banking, payment, or other regulated financial services.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us. If you use our contact form or Stack Audit, we receive what you provide — typically your name, work email, company, message, and the approximate answers you select (such as a payment-volume range).
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand site traffic (pages viewed, referrers, country, device type). This data is anonymized and is not used to identify or profile individual visitors.

We do not collect or store your business's operational or financial data. Working with us never requires uploading documents or connecting accounts to this website.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare the recommendations you asked for.
• To operate and improve this website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Third-party financial providers

Our recommendations connect you with established, regulated financial technology companies and banks. If you open an account or use a product with one of them, that relationship — including all data you share with that provider — is governed by that provider's own terms, privacy policy, licensing, and compliance programs, not by this policy. The regulated financial services themselves (accounts, payments, cards) are always delivered by those providers.

Where we build custom software for your business, it operates on the official APIs of those providers; the underlying account and transaction data continues to live with the provider under their safeguards.

5. Service providers we use

Form submissions are delivered to us through a form-relay service, and this site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our business records. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing partners@jlcventures.co.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
